I am sure that you are like me come across patients whom in spite of being on Aspirin 75mg OD and in spite of addressing their risk factors and keep them under control or so you think.. but they are still coming to the clinic with recurrent TIAs. Aspirin resistance is a known medical problem but do you combine the aspirin with clopidogrel in such circumstances?. The TIA/stroke guidelines need to be revised I assume. What do you think?.
