In Response to Re: This uterus can confound an expert sonologist: How about either a calcified sunfish as it has been there a long enough for dystrophic calcification, an aneurysm of the internal iliac or one of those red things in the pelvis or calcified Chaga's disease in a Peruvian guinea pig. Odysseus.. fibroids can occur in the broad ligament too..with a short stalk attaching them to the uterus.. that round mass is a broad ligament fibroid with calcification along the rim.....Nowwhat is that cystic looking lesion ?
