as a GP it is certainly not my area of expertise , all 4 chambers of the heart look reasonable size to me Is it part of foramen ovale??

yes you are close to it.......it is part of the foramen ovale.....what is it now.....please read the response from "hip radiologist"... what do you have .. ha ha... just put two and two together...

No.. nothing complicated...as all that Pat lush and RichBMD......think of something that normally covers the foramen ovale in all normal fetuses ....that is a very broad hint....
The formaen ovale is a normal opening or hole that is present in all normal fetal hearts... that allows blood to flow from the right to the left atrium (a sort of shunt during fetal life).. but blood does not flow from left atrium back to the right atrium because of the normal tissue that you see in the video.. now have you got the answer?
