What do you think is abnormal in these ultrasound images taken in a 27 year old lady with infertility and irregular menses?

Lets first start with the findings.. anybody?
Hint: this is a common condition affecting large segments of the young adult females today.

uterus apear normal.
both ovaries show PCOS,but these high vascularity appear with dopler,neded to exclude any border line malignancy.Good and careful counselling is curicial.LMP.is highly important.counseling for pelvic laparscopic exam,+/-ovarian drilling or biopsy.Preoperative MRI is highly helpful.

chocolate cysts??   endometriosis     usually associated with infertility and congestive dysmenoorhoea

The answer: PCOD -polycystic ovarian disease with pelvic congestion - the dilated, multiple vessels seen on Power Doppler imaging.....seen as colored tubular structures around the ovaries.
