Which is the best general radiology journal?

Whether you like publication metrics or not they are the currency by which journals and researchers are measured. However, if we remove ourselved from the sterility of a 3 decimal place judgement, in your overall opinion (i.e. range of material, quality of articles, availability, presentation, and even submission experience), which radiology journal is the best and deserves a feather in its cap?
