Was the tumor a TCC? With TCC reccurrence rate is high, but at least you can treat with bladder installations BCG or Mithomycin or other modalities to reduce reccurrence, and if the tumor reccurrs you can excise during cystoscopy(TUR).As long as it is superficial. Was it a high grade tumor? |

We are all so serious on this site. Don't some of you ever come here for some light relief or to extract the urine out of someone (hard to translate from Australian) ? I still think it looks like a dame in a T shirt, so there. We have become so anal that no one here would survive in MASH unless they got a fish hook caught in your nether regions.

I got your point.......tell you the truth....I am not too happy doing these transrectal scans... and neither are the patients.....I do it only if I am an in a good mood.. ;-) On a lighter note......sonography does produce some of the most bizarre pictures to the uninitiated :-) .....but frankly it is not too difficult...... Yeah.. will introduce a lil more humor into the radio section..... Joe. |
