Yes .. some of you got it right-- this is OHSS (ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome)- the result of medication for infertility. The ovaries (both) are grossly enlarged- between 5 to 8 cms. in diameter and show multiple large theca lutein cysts. Both ovaries are seen literally "kissing" each other- in one view typical of OHSS.
