The WHO have sponsored an animated short film called 'I had a black dog, his name was depression'. The film is written, illustrated and narrated by Matthew Johnstone (who also has a book out of the same name). The black dog which he uses a metaphor for depression constantly shadowing him is interesting, because it's apparently what Winston Churchill called his own depressive disorder.
