most of the anti convulsant are metabolized by liver and excreated by kidney. gabapentin and levetiracetam are relatively safe inhepatic failure and phenytoin in renal failure.

I agree that gabapentin and levetiracetam are relatively safe in hepatic failure and phenytoin in renal failure.
