Thanks Dr. phoeniX for correctly identifying the lesions.

Lupus vulgaris

The first picture shows erythematous, indurated plaque over the right cheek, healing in the centre, with atrophy and spreading towards the periphery.

Leishmaniasis, tuberculoid leprosy, sarcoidosis and fungal infections enter into the differential diagnosis.

The second picture shows large lesions of lupus vulgaris on the chest, axillae & the right arm. This ‘crusted’ presentation is unusual.

The third picture shows the healing lesions of the same patient during anti-TB treatment.
