Surely, it has also been an established clinical fact that non motor symptoms may give early clue to diagnose 'Parkinson's Disease'. Musculoskeleton pain, shoulder stiffness with various psychiatric and sleep disorders, all have been shown to preceed well before the clinical manifestations of Parkinson's Disease become evident.
