In Response to Re: open clinical stroke treatment: statin is not only lower lipid but also it act as antiinflamatory and antioxidant effect.directly it not involve to modulate haemorragic strokebut indirectly modify process that helps long term recovery. as antioxidant vit D also role in stroke speacialy ischemic with also halt neurodegeneration. Posted by neuromedicine Agree, but is it not likely that these studies may have been performed under financial protection with commercial interests of the pharmaceutical giants? Also, vitamin C is a far better & the safest antioxidant i.e. a powerful reducing agent that vitamin D, which has insignificant antioxidant property. So, why is it being neglected? |
