Eye changes in LL: Lepromatous pannus

Note the increased capillary network and corneal vascularisation, shiny nodules and chalky white pannus on the sclera which may also occur in vitamin A deficiency.

Dr K - you see the most amazing things in your practice.  Safe to say that I'm unlikely to ever make this diagnosis.  I've never heard of it, for one thing!
