How can a drug company sue a trust for not using their drug? Surely I can chose to prescribe any drug I want to, to whoever I want to...? Posted by DundeeChest I do agree with you completely with regards to the steps taken by Novartis, which I think is only businesses motivated. Surely we can chose to prescribe any drug we want to, to whoever we want to! |
