In Response to Re: Differential diagnosis: The provided leads V1 and V2 show sinus tachycardia with 'symmetrical T wave inversion and slight ST segment elevation with coving, might be a normal phenomenon or a manifestation of acute anterior myocardial infarction , considering the symmetrical T wave inversion, provided the clinical history is significant.
