I generally do not recommend programs produced by commercial entities because I am more interested in providing you readers with source articles rather than a potentially biased presentation on a commercial site.  I am going to make an exception and recommend a brief video by a respected friend, Dr. Anne Peters.  She is an outstanding clinician and was part of the ADA/EASD standards writing team.  The presentation can be found at

If you do not have a Medscape login you can register for free.  I would like your opinion as to whether on not it would be a good idea to post vetted commercial CME efforts like this when the program is well done and unbiased.

It is an interesting stuff. The video is worth watching for every medical professional.
