dmMD, In the Uk the recommended alcohol limits are: Men 21 units per week, or 3-4/day Women 14 units per week or 2-3 per day The alcohol 'unit' isn't easy to get a mental handle on, but there are sites to inform you http://www.drinkaware.co.uk/alcohol-and-you/health/guide-to-alcohol-units-and-measures#alldrinksarenotcreatedequal But, is alcohol beneficial up to those limits or is there a lower limit at which we can drink to our health?!
