Although I am the BMJ's diabetes champion, I believe firmly in the role of the chronic disease specialist to provide comprehensive primary care in addition to caring for the chronic disease.  In this regard I will from time to time post in the General Medcine forum when I find helpful information or apps in primary care.  I did so today regarding preventative care and vaccinations in adults.
