cardiovascular safety of CNS drugs in children

This paper is in the BMJ this week and is already generating responses. My comment is 2 321 311 person years of follow-up with a mean and median follwo-up of 1.9 and 1.6 years - that is an awful lot of children getting these drugs and for indications that we could clearly debate. Whatever the cardiovascular effects surely this can't be right?
