Andy Burnham, the shadow health secretary is reportedly going to use his speech today at the Labour party conference to say that he will get rid of the privatisation agenda which seems to be a large part of the current NHS Bill. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-19802234

He has already said on Twitter that they will repeal the bill:

But do you believe they can undo the work of Lansley and the Coalition? Will it be too late by 2015?

You should never trust a politician whose lips move: Labour will claim now that they will repeal the bill because that will pander to their union bosses, but if we are unlucky enough to see them elected again they will immediately change their mind because too many changes will be beyond reversal. This is just the same as the Tories backing down on their promise to hold an EU referendum (because Labour had already ratified the treaty), and the LibDems changing their mind on tuition fees because they saw the books were so bad aftre Labours 'prudence' that we had to charge people to keep themselves out of the dole queue for 3years...

It is the role of the Opposition to ridicule all the policies of the party in power and tell the electorate that "they will change everything". Experience should tell you that, when they get in to a position of power, very little changes
