Former US president George Bush and his former counterpart Tony Blair were found guilty of war crimes by the The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal which held a four day hearing in the Malaysia. The five panel tribunal unanimously decided that Bush and Blair committed genocide and crimes against peace and humanity when they invaded Iraq in 2003 in blatant violation of international law. The judges ruled that war against Iraq by both the former heads of states was a flagrant abuse of law, act of aggression which amounted to a mass murder of the Iraqi people.
In their verdict, the judges said that the United States, under the leadership of Bush, forged documents to claim that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction. They further said the findings of the tribunal be made available to members of the Rome Statute and the names of Bush and Blair be entered into a war crimes register. Both Bush and Blair repeatedly said the so-called war against terror was targeted at terrorists.

Lawyers and human rights activists present here say the verdict by the tribunal is a landmark decision. And the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Foundation said it would lobby the International Criminal Court to charge former US president George Bush and Former British prime minister Tony Blair for war crimes

Wiki:
"The KLWCC was instigated as an alternative to the International Criminal Court in The Hague, which Mahathir accused of bias in its selection of cases to cover"
QV http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kuala_Lumpur_War_Crimes_Commission

It was set up by Mahathir Mohamad, past PM of Malaysia.  Quote Wiki,"his accumulation of power came at the expense of the independence of the judiciary and the traditional powers and privileges of Malaysia's royalty. He also deployed the controversial Internal Security Act to detain activists, non-mainstream religious figures, and political opponents including his sacked deputy, Anwar Ibrahim"

I faer that the KLWCC has about as much credibility as Wolfie "Citizen" Smith

John all of your observations are correct. But there are some international jurists who hold the views of KLWCC. There have been protests in London by people convinced that Blair and Bush are War Criminals. My own view is that the KLWCC are about as intelligent as the Smurfs.

Just as a reminder
A report says, so far, a total of 234 instances in which the United States has used its armed forces abroad.

And proud of it. As they say Uncle Sam is the peace keeper.

Do you want innocents to be killed in Syria, the Middle East. Do you want to turn a blind eye to the genocide in Africa.

Open your eyes and widen your belief system, Read about the world.

We the tax payer do not want the US to intervene abroad, as it is our tax dollars, but what is the alternative. Do you want terrorist to run amok ( they already do in Pakistan and Afghanistan). Do you want the killings to continue?. What if your son was killed by a terrorist?.

Our country was founded on the principles of democracy, equality and tolerance. None of the these mean anything anymore. It is more about religious fanatism, choas and anarchy. What about human rights and dignity?.

We do not like war as much as the next guy and want our troops to come home safe.

What a great peace keeper. Who has been murdering thousands of  Innocent civilians in Veitnam, Afghanistan and Iraq. And what about the great track record of Uncle sam in wide spread organized and (Officially endorsed) human right abuses in Guantano, Abu Ghuarib and Bagram air base? was that part of the peace keeping mission too?

As for the Taliban and OBL gang YOU guys were the ones who created them and promoted them as holy warriors in Afghanistan in 80's to fight your dirty war against Russia. I guess it hurts when the same warriors turned against you and you had to taste your own medicine.

If you are SO concerned about your troops bring them back now. You are already looking for a way out of Afghanistan after ten years of an illegal ( and lost ) war. You have already wasted 3 trillions on these wars while Americans in the US go without healthcare. The actual problem will start when your troops come back and will be misfits in that society. The rate of suicide in the US troops has aleady touched one per day.(http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2156250/Suicides-U-S-troops-hit-DAY.html)  What else do you want?

The need for such things arises when the world turns a blind eye towards a war mongering President and his stooges
