The national pay-scales exist for a reason. Will people migrate to the better paid areas? And does this mean that Lansley and Co have decided this is the next step instead of our pension changes, or is this as well as our pension changes? Since the election of the new BMA chairman the pensions negociations all seem to have gone quiet. How would you feel if you were invited to resign to a new contract or leave the NHS? |
