I'm asking myself this question at almost 2 hours past official going home time - and all because I probably have taken on too much extra stuff in addition to the usual work and childcare! Do you thin

Do you think we medical mums have a tendency to take on extra committments in the same way as we did pre-children and consequently take on too much?

I certainly feel I took on too much in the past. I'm nearing retirement now and my daughter has left home.
I wish I had played with her more, but she's turned into a lovely person and seems to think I'm more or less OK
Maybe we beat ourselves up too much too
