I'm applying for medicine 2013 entry, and there's one thing holding me back. I've always wanted to have a family and be a good mum. I'm scared that in pursuing medicine I will be too busy and too tire

I survived!  and would not turn back the clock. i never worked full time but my pension is OK
I would have liked to spend more time with my daughter for sure BUT I think she benefited too as she is now very academic and hard working (in the arts though) and I like to think maybe i was a role model??!!
