In Scotland there is an edict that no patients should pay for parking, but our hospital contracted out the parking to a private company years ago, so they can do as they please.  Everyone pays the same - £1.70 a day, I think.  Patients have specific car parks that are closer to the OPD and wards, the disabled slots are covered, but apart from that, everyone is equal.

I remember as a student that there was a consultants car park - does anyone still have those?

I have a bike storage locker, £5 per month.

I think we had a previous discussion around parking charges at places of work - we even started an interactive map somewhere on google maps if I recall
