Well, well, even Ben Franklin said some nonsense from time to time. But he lived in an era when most medicine was worthless. And I hate to say it, but dermatology as we learnt it from our seniors at medical school - if it's wet, dry it. If it's dry, wet it. For everything else give steroids. Apologies to all dermatologists.
