More interesting stuff from the BEEB: If we had an adult playground here in Dundee, I could cancel my gym membership, and exercise in the park? I do wonder how long it would be before someone defaced it in some manner, though? I see the one in Hull generates electricity...?

A bright idea Dr. DundeeChest! This would the better choice for being fit in an economic way. As such, outdoor gyms or adult playgrounds have been growing in popularity in recent years. Cost and accessibility are the two main barriers for people wanting to exercise & adult playgrounds remove these barriers and that's why their popularity has grown! |
