Define "challenging".

They used to say that only people who could do the Times crossword could do neurology, as it was so difficult. But intellectual prowess does not equal life saving - that was in the days when all you could do was reach a diagnosis. There was no treatment. There still isn't for a lot of neurology.

If you mean resuscitate this patient who will die in a few minutes if you don't - then an anaesthetist, of course!

Oh, come now, I think these questions are best suited for elementary school.

We are all grown up persons and each field of speciality presents its own challenges.

Everything is important and to tell you the truth, the most important from my aspect is the patient.We are all there from different angles to help another person at different stages of life.
