I have been told that becoming a parent is a strange and beautiful thing - I will be able to confirm this in about 6 weeks time when our little bundle of joy is due!!!!

As we are a Jewish household (complicated story behind this) - in our many discussions about the imminent birth there has been the subject of circumcision if our baby turns out to be a little boy.

If there is a requirement we will be using a qualified doctor who is also a registered Mohal for religious circumcision.

How do you feel about circumcision as a religious procedure rather than one that benefits the health of the child?
