Like many of my friends and colleagues, I worry that there isn't enough time in the day to get everything done. Revision, studying, and research are all worthy of a full-time commitment, and then there is eating, sleeping and trying to have something of a social life on top.
Today, I had to make a painful decision. When faced a choice between medicine and other activities, I chose medicine. This might seem obvious, so much of a non-event that nobody even reads on, but I found this incredibly hard.
