doc2doc at the BIMA awards
The community team are pleased to announce that doc2doc has been shortlisted for a BIMA (British Interactive Media Association) award, doc2doc is listed in the Social Media - Community Programme category. http://www.bimaawards.com/shortlist/ This is the 25th year of the BIMA Awards, which celebrate the work of the UK digital creative industry. So congratulations to them.
Interestingly, we thought our main rival was http://www.yeardot.co.uk/
BBC i-Player won lots of awards.
It was great to be shortlisted and we will be entering more awards as we're very proud of doc2doc and its growing community.
I had not thought of doc2doc making this kind of award nomination! But when I recalled, it is already one year of it. So, I think that's quite a good landmark of it.
Good to know that it is being recognized!
